Norton Green is the Director of Executive Engagements at OSIsoft. The relationship and ensuing trust our clients have in our products and services are our most critical assets at OSIsoft. Norton and his team’s primary goal is to develop and deepen executive relationships with our clients so OSIsoft may become their trusted partner to realize transformational opportunities across their enterprise. Today, the Executive Engagements team executes this mission by way of the following programs: Executive Briefing Program, Executive Council and Executive Forum. After joining the company in 2000, Norton spent his first fifteen years in the IT Department. The last six years were spent as the Global IT Director where he focused on scaling the IT Infrastructure as the company experienced tremendous growth. Norton holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Miami (FL).

Michael is responsible for overseeing the management team of OSIsoft, including the newly founded Executive Committee, made up of our Senior Executives. His strategic focus is to support the broader adoption and global growth of OSIsoft, building upon an installed base in more than 110 countries. His strong analytical and organizations skills enable him to effectively develop and lead complex teams. Prior to OSIsoft, he worked for Devon Energy Corporation for seven years, serving as the Vice President of Engineering, Exploration and Production, Data and Analytics. His responsibilities included field automation, data management, advanced analytics and strategic innovation. Michael has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University (NY), a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Colorado State University and a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma Christian University.
